The SpeeDee Service Difference

Local Ownership Over 99% of all SpeeDee Oil Change & Tune-Up locations enjoy local ownership. They are families servicing the automotive needs of other families in their communities. SpeeDee operators show their pride of ownership by providing quality, professional services in a clean, friendly atmosphere.

Certified Service Because SpeeDee Oil Change & Tune-Up was built on a solid commitment to customer service, our system includes a lube tech certification program. Without the extra convenience, speed, expertise, friendliness and competence we offer, we would be just another auto service facility. When an employee is SpeeDee Certified, you will know they have been trained on a variety of issues including technical expertise; personal appearance and attitude; shop appearance and comfort; communication; and complaint handling. We are dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.

SpeeDee also recommends that owners hire only ASE certified technicians for tune-ups and other mechanical work and repair. ASE stands for the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence and its mission is to improve the quality of vehicle repair and service through the testing and certification of repair and service professionals. ASE is an industry leader in certifying the knowledge and skill level of technicians. SpeeDee also has its own advanced technical evaluation programs to further assure the quality of their employees and their workmanship.

Work performed at SpeeDee Oil Change & Tune-Up will validate your car's warranty. Because we do not require an appointment and our work is guaranteed, many customers consider us a quicker and more cost effective alternative to the dealership.

Service Review and Recommendations At SpeeDee Oil Change & Tune-Up, we'll give you an Auto Service Presentation to discuss our 17 Point Service with you every time you bring your vehicle in for service. We'll review the service performed, what we checked, and what may need attention. With the right information, you'll be able to make decisions based on your personal driving habits in order to protect your investment.

During the Service Presentation, our technicians will perform a visual inspection, ask questions, and they may make maintenance recommendations regarding your vehicle. Our recommendations are based on manufacturer recommendations for time and/or miles driven since the last time you had your service performed.

You Decide While it is important that the SpeeDee technician communicate important information to you concerning your vehicle's maintenance needs, we understand that the decision to have SpeeDee perform additional work is entirely up to you. It is our policy to provide you with information you need to make a decision without pressure or overselling.
